You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next 6 business days* from the date of your purchase.
The shipping time takes effect from the moment the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to the high demand on holidays and promotional dates, orders may be delayed.
The approximate delivery times are as follows:
* In Lima, all orders will be shipped automatically between the 7 bussines day.
We can not schedule specifyc delivery times on Sundays or Holidays. All shipments will be in this range.
This time is for downtown areas of each city. If its a remote area, an additional 1-2 bussines day should be considered.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If the client or a person responsible for the order is not founfat the indicated address, the order will be returned to the offices of Butrich or the courier in charge, where it must be picked up by the client.
Butrich will be not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, transportation stoppages, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.
For international orders, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product will have to be paid by the client.
All orders realized by Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.

Our clutches are handmade in Peru with the best materials on the market. Keep in mind that natural materials such as leather can present irregularities and variations in their tonality, which makes them unique and special.
Be careful with the hooks that hold the chain, check that they are in the correct position before closing the clutch.
Be careful not to drop the clutch to the ground or press too hard on it as it could snap out of square. When carrying it in the suitcase, we recommend storing it in a hard box.
The metals of the clutch are made of gold plated bronze, just clean using a soft dry cloth.

All our shipments to Peru are attached to a purchase receipt or invoice issued with Butrich S.A.C. corporate paper with all the customer data and items.
For foreigners, an indicative sales receipt is issued and will not serve as a purchase document.
For Peru, the prices do include VAT. For the rest of the countries, the tax is not included, it will be assumed by the client.
Customs of each country maintains a different minimum amount free of payment for imports, so the payment of local taxes depends on this amount.
