What is the delivery time of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation for the next 48 hours.
The delivery time counts since the customer receives the order confirmation email. All orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to high demand on holidays and discounts dates, orders may present delays in the delivery time.
FOR ORDERS PLACED FROM MARCH 31st TO APRIL 4th: In order to comply with government regulations, our team will stay at home during the Easter holiday. Therefore, all orders will be processed gradually from Monday, April 5th, and will be shipped from Tuesday, April 6th. The delivery time counts since the customer receives the order confirmation email
Approximate delivery time:
- Lima Metropolitana: 1-3 business days. Our delivery schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, from mondays to saturdays.
- Other departments: 3-9 business days. Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
* In Lima, every order will be automatically shipped within the next 3 business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an specific delivery time. Shipments are generally delivered anytime between those hours.
- America: 2-7 business days.
- Europe: 4-9 business days.
- Asia and Oceania: 5-9 business days.
These times are for the central areas of each city, if it’s a remote area you should consider between 1-2 additional days.
If the courier doesn’t find the customer or a person in charge of the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the courier’s office, where it must be picked up by the customer.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, stoppages on transport routes, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.
For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product will be paid by the customer.
All purchases made on Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.
How does pick up in store work?
FOR ORDERS PLACED FROM MARCH 31st TO APRIL 4th: In order to comply with government regulations, our team will stay at home during the Easter holiday. Therefore, the pick up in store service will be available sinceApril 6th.
You can pick up your order in our store, Butrich La Mar, 24 working hours after receiving the confirmation e-mail.
In order to pick up your order, you must present your ID and your order number.
If a you want a third party to pick up your order, please contact us through our online chat or e-mail us to email@example.com detailing their ID and full name, as well as your order number.

How can I make a change or refund?
Changes and returns will only be accepted within 30 days after the purchase date.
These are only accepted if the shoe is in perfect conditions and with the original packaging (labels included). You need to present a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift.
The items must go though a physical inspection. Once the company verifies that these conditions are met, the customer can return or change the item for another one.
No changes or refunds on sunglasses or jewelry are accepted.
In case you would like to change your order, you must pay all shipping fees.
The prices and discounts to be taken in consideration will only be the ones available on the date the order was made.
In case any product of your order is out of stock, our team will contact you. You can ask for a refund or exchange.
If the product has manufacturing defects, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to review the case.
Every refund of money is subject to discounts for expenses and commissions. The detail of the amount to be refunded will be promptly informed to the client.
The return time is from 5 to 30 business days and will depend on the policies of the bank of each client.
No changes or refunds apply for international orders.

All our shipments are accompanied by a purchase invoice issued with Butrich EIRL corporate paper with all the customer’s data and articles. The invoice issued by this website is only indicative and will not serve as a purchase document.
Are the products guaranteed?
