Return and refund policy

For all purchases made in our stores, exchanges or returns can be made up to 30 days after the purchase. For purchases with store pickup or delivery, you will have 40 days from the date of purchase; taking into account the following conditions: 

  • The item must be in perfect condition (new, without signs of use, without marks or deterioration of the shoe sole and with the original packaging), without having been manipulated.
  • Show the sales receipt/invoice or copy of the gift receipt.
  • The purchase must have been made in Peru (not applicable for international purchases).
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted for custom-made shoes.

 

EXCHANGES: 

You can only make one (1) exchange for another size or another product at any of our  stores, located at Av. Mariscal La Mar 997, Miraflores, or at the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center in Santiago de Surco.  

The product to be exchanged must undergo a physical inspection before confirming the exchange. Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can exchange the item for another one in stock.  

The price considered for the exchange will be the one valid on the day of the purchase, as shown in the invoice. If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the additional amount. Otherwise, if there is a credit balance, you will have 6 months to use it in any of our stores, wich can be only be used once. 

For hygiene and safety protocols, no exchanges or returns are accepted for jewelry, sunglasses, panties, or other items.

RETURNS:  

To return the item, you must visit our stores located at Av. Mariscal La Mar 997, Miraflores, or at the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center in Santiago de Surco.  

The product to be exchanged must undergo a physical inspection before confirming the exchange. Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can request the refund through the same payment method or in brand credits.  

All money refunds are subject to deductions for expenses and commissions. In the case of a refund request by the customer, a 5% administrative fee will apply.  

Deadlines:  

  • Butrich credits: Valid for 6 months from the date of the return, and can be only be used in one purchase. 
  • Credit card payments: The refund is made to the same card used for payment, within a maximum of 30 days.  
  • Cash payments: The refund is made within a maximum of 30 days to the customer’s provided bank account.

CONSIDERATIONS / WARRANTY:  

All our products go through different quality assurance processes before being sent to our customers.  

Our warranty applies for up to 60 days after the purchase of the item, and it only covers manufacturing defects.  

Keep in mind that our shoes are handmade with the highest manufacturing standards, so they may have slight variations inherent to craftsmanship. Also, the leather we use may have slight variations in color or texture, as it is a material that comes from the layer of an animal’s tissue and is unique and irreplicable.  

Cases NOT considered manufacturing defects include:  

  • Do not following product cleaning and care instructions. 
  • Product deterioration due to its nature. 
  • Use of chemicals that deteriorate the material. 
  • Any modification or alteration made by the customer. 
  • Incorrect use of the item. 
  • Any external factor not related to the quality or manufacturing of the product. 

 

The credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and must be used in a single purchase. If the entire credit is not used within the specified period, no claims will be accepted.

Once the credit note is issued, no subsequent changes or cash refunds will be approved.
