You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next 6 business days* from the date of your purchase.
The shipping time takes effect from the moment the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to the high demand on holidays and promotional dates, orders may be delayed.
The approximate delivery times are as follows:
* In Lima, all orders will be shipped automatically between the 7 bussines day.
We can not schedule specifyc delivery times on Sundays or Holidays. All shipments will be in this range.
This time is for downtown areas of each city. If its a remote area, an additional 1-2 bussines day should be considered.
2 delivery attempts will be made. If the client or a person responsible for the order is not founfat the indicated address, the order will be returned to the offices of Butrich or the courier in charge, where it must be picked up by the client.
Butrich will be not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, transportation stoppages, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.
For international orders, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product will have to be paid by the client.
All orders realized by Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.
You will receive a confirmation within the next 4 business days from the date of your purchase.
The pick-up in store orders placed by Butrich.com will be available at Butrich La Mar or Butrich Jockey Plaza. You can pick-up your order 2 bussines days after having received the confirmation e-mail.
You should present an ID and the order number.
In case a third partie will be in charge of the pick-up, please talk to us by our online chat or send an email to [email protected] detailing the order number and the ID of the person.
Your order can be pick up at Butrich La Mar or Butrich Jockey Plaza up to 15 days after received the email confirmation. Once this period is over, your order will be sent to our warehouse and you should comunicate 3 business day in advance to make the pick-up. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Clients are responsible for paying any additional charges asked by the local authorities.
If you are buying from: Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama or Spain; please contact us on our online chat or at [email protected] in order to help you with an approximate amount of taxes and duties.
If you are buying from USA, please remember $ 800 is the value limit for duty-free packages.
Reaching contact with your local customs can help you knowing your country’s tax free imports value, or calculate taxes and duties you will have to pay for the products you’re buying.
In case clients refuse to receive their orders due to taxes and duties asked by Customs, BUTRICH may charge the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount requested by Customs.
