Shipping policy

The company has the governments authorization to ship within Lima and Perú*, as well as international orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation for the next 48 hours.

The delivery time counts since the clien recieves the confirmation e-mail. All orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to high demand on holidays and discounts dates, orders may present delays in the delivery time.

Approximate delivery time:

  • Perú
    • Lima Metropolitana: 1-2 business days. Our delivery schedule is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from mondays to fridays, and saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
    • Other departments*: 3-10 business days. Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Unfortunately, our packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. Shipments are generally delivered anytime between those hours.

*Shipments to Arequipa, Huánuco, San Martín and Cajamarca have been temporarily suspended by Olva, our official courier service. Shipments will be resume  as soon as the courier service enables it.

  • Internacional 
    • America: 2-5 business days.
    • Europe: 4-7 business days.
    • Asia and Oceania: 5-8 business days.

These times are for the central areas of each city, if it’s a remote area you should consider between 1-2 additional days.

For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product’s income to your country will be paid by the customer.

If the courier doesn’t find the client or a person in charge of the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the office of the courier in charge, where it must be picked up by the client.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, stoppages on transport routes, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

All purchases made on Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.

Changes and Returns Policy

The company does not make refunds of money.

Exchanges made outside of Peru are not accepted.

Changes will only be accepted within 15 days after the delivery date of your order. These are previously coordinated through our communication channels (whatsapp, online chat and email).

In case you would like to change your order, you must pay all shipping fees.

Changes can only be made once and with a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift.

Changes are only accepted if the shoe is in perfect conditions and with the original packaging (labels included).

You can exchange your purchase for a product of the same value or a higher price (paying for the difference), there will not be store credit for exchanges of minor value.

Any change originates the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 30 days. If you do not use the credit within this period of time, the balance in favor will be without effect.

No changes or refunds on sunglasses, jewelry or shoe cleaning products are accepted.

Important information about taxes, duties and custom fees

Please, be aware that international shipments might have additional fees (like taxes, duties and customs fees) once the shipment reaches your country. BUTRICH cannot predict these charges as the Customs Authority of your destination country sets them.

You are responsible for paying all additional charges, when asked by your local authorities. Contacting your customs authority may help to know the tax-free import threshold or calculating any eventual additional fee.

In case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, BUTRICH reserves the right to charge you both depart and returns shipment costs, as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
