Changes and Returns Policy

The company does not make refunds of money in any case.

Exchanges made outside of Peru are not accepted.

Within Peru, changes will only be accepted within 15 calendar days from the shipping confirmation. These are made in the store located at Av. Mariscal La Mar 997, Miraflores, Lima, Peru.

Changes can only be made once only.

The change is always made with a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift.

Only changes are accepted if the shoe is in perfect conditions and as it left the store, with original packaging.

You can exchange your purchase for a product of the same value or a greater quantity (canceling the difference), there will not be store credit for exchanges or minor value.

Any change originates the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 1 day. If you do not use all the credit that day, the balance in favor will be without effect.

No changes or refunds on accessories, sunglasses, costume jewelry, stationery or shoe cleaning products are accepted.

No changes or refunds are accepted on products in sale or used items.


All orders are sent from Monday to Friday. Processing takes between 1 and 2 days for standard shipments. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the following working day.

Unfortunately we can’t make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse, because we are working quickly to reach your door.

We are not responsible for the shipping delays of the delivery companies.

For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product’s income to your country will be paid by the customer.

Important information about taxes, duties and custom fees

Please, be aware that international shipments might have additional fees (like taxes, duties and customs fees) once the shipment reaches your country. BUTRICH cannot predict these charges as the Customs Authority of your destination country sets them.

You are responsible for paying all additional charges, when asked by your local authorities. Contacting your customs authority, post office and/or selected courier may help to know the tax-free import threshold or calculating any eventual additional fee.

In case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, BUTRICH reserves the right to charge you both depart and returns shipment costs, as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

The courier will make two attempts to deliver your order to the address stated. Your order will be returned to BUTRICH after two unsuccessful attempts. If this happens, BUTRICH reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for return shipping, administrative costs and/or any compensation of damages.
