Shipping policy (regular shipping)

You will receive a shipping confirmation for the next 48 hours.

The delivery time counts since the customer receives the order confirmation email. All orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to high demand on holidays and discounts dates, orders may present delays in the delivery time.

Approximate delivery time:

  • Peru
    • Lima Metropolitana: 1-3 business days. Our delivery schedule is from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, from mondays to saturdays.
    • Other departments: 3-9 business days. Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

* In Lima, every order will be automatically shipped within the next 3 business day.

Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an specific delivery time. Shipments are generally delivered anytime between those hours.

  • International 
    • America: 2-7 business days.
    • Europe: 4-9 business days.
    • Asia and Oceania: 5-9 business days.

These times are for the central areas of each city, if it’s a remote area you should consider between 1-2 additional days.

If the courier doesn’t find the customer or a person in charge of the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the courier’s office, where it must be picked up by the customer.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, stoppages on transport routes, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes generated by the product will be paid by the customer.

All purchases made on Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order in our store, Butrich La Mar, 24 business hours after receiving the confirmation e-mail.

In order to pick up your order, you must present your ID and your order number.

If a you want a third party to pick up your order, please contact us through our online chat or e-mail us to shop@butrich.com detailing their ID and full name, as well as your order number.

You can pick up your order at Butrich La Mar on the next 90 days after your purchase. Once this term ends, your order will be send to our warehouse and before picking it up please contact us 3 days before the pick up date.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm y 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Changes and Returns Policy

Changes and returns will only be accepted within 30 days after the purchase date.

These are only accepted if the shoe is in perfect conditions and with the original packaging (labels included). You need to present a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift-ticket. This only applies on orders shipped to Perú.

The items must go though a physical inspection. Once the company verifies that these conditions are met, the customer can return or change the item for another one.

No changes or refunds on sunglasses, jewelry or tights are accepted.

In case you would like to change your order, you must pay all shipping fees.

The prices and discounts to be taken in consideration will only be the ones available on the date the order was made.

In case any product of your order is out of stock, our team will contact you. You can ask for a refund or exchange.

If the product has manufacturing defects, the customer must contact shop@butrich.com to review the case.

Every refund of money is subject to discounts for expenses and commissions. The detail of the amount to be refunded will be promptly informed to the client.

The return time is from 5 to 30 business days and will depend on each customer bank policies. All returns will only be processed to the cardholder.

Changes and refunds don’t apply on international orders.

Important information about taxes, duties and custom fees

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Clients are responsible for paying any additional charges asked by the local authorities.

Reaching contact with your local customs can help you knowing your country’s tax free imports value, or calculate taxes and duties you will have to pay for the products you’re buying.

If you are buying from: Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama or Spain; please contact us on our online chat or at shop@butrich.com in order to help you with an approximate amount of taxes and duties.
If you are buying from USA, please remember $ 800 is the value limit for duty-free packages.

In case clients refuse to receive their orders due to taxes and duties asked by Customs, BUTRICH may charge the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount requested by Customs.

Pre-order policies

The estimated shipping date for pre-order products is available on the description of each product. The provided date refers to the day the package may be picked up from our warehouse, as a result of it, the delivery date may vary depending on the customer address or the courier service availablity.

In case your order has products in stock and pre-order, shipping will be scheduled when all your order is in stock.

Please send an email to shop@butrich.com if you would like to divide the shipment of the products in stock and pre-order.
