RECOMMENDATIONS:
Before first use:
Apply a colorless waterproofing spray for velvet or suede. This creates a protective barrier against dust and light moisture.
During use:
Avoid using on rainy days or in areas with mud or puddles.
If it gets dirty, clean with a dry cloth or soft bristle brush in the same direction as the velvet.
Do not use water, wet wipes, alcohol, or chemical cleaners.
If accidentally wet:
Dry with absorbent paper without rubbing. Then, leave it in a ventilated place, away from direct sunlight or artificial heat.
When saving:
Clean after each use.
Do not stack or fold: velvet may mark.
Store in its cloth bag, with paper inside to maintain its shape.
If it is a shoe without reinforcements (like the Aurelia), avoid pressure on the toe or heel to avoid deforming them.
