The shipping time begins once the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Due to high demand during holidays and promotional periods, orders may experience some delays.

• America: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Asia and Oceania: 5-10 business days

These times apply to central areas of each city; for remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by government restrictions, transportation strikes, adverse weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

For international shipments, any duties or taxes incurred upon the product's entry into the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. All purchases made on Butrich.com are shipped from Peru.

RETURNS

Please note that our shoes are handmade to the highest manufacturing standards, so they may have slight variations characteristic of artisanal work. Additionally, the leather we use may show slight variations in color or texture, as it comes from the animal tissue layer and is unique and irreplaceable. Currently, we do not accept exchanges or returns for purchases made outside of Peru.
