HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The shipping period begins when the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Due to high demand during holidays and promotional periods, orders may experience some delay.
These times apply to central areas of each city; if it is a remote area, please allow an additional 1-2 days.

For international shipments, any customs duties or taxes incurred when the product enters the country will be paid by the customer.

To clean, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any type of cleaner, as they are usually very abrasive.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, hair sprays, creams, cleaning products, swimming pools, and the sea.

Avoid contact with chemicals: Jewelry with 24-karat gold plating can be affected by products such as perfumes, creams, lotions, cleaning products, or any other harsh chemicals. These products can damage the gold layer and cause it to wear away more quickly. It is recommended to put on your jewelry after applying perfume or creams.
Store it properly: To prevent scratches and damage, always store your jewelry in a safe place, such as a jewelry box with compartments or a soft case. Avoid storing it in bags or purses where it may come into contact with hard objects that could scratch it.

Be careful with the hooks that hold the chain, and check that they are in the correct position before closing the clutch.
Be careful not to drop the clutch on the floor or press it too hard, as it could become misshapen. When carrying it in a suitcase, we recommend storing it inside a hard box.
