Canada: For any purchase of $300 or more, we will cover the cost of shipping and taxes, provided that you pay an additional $50 at checkout.

In the event that the customer refuses to receive their order due to additional charges determined by Customs, BUTRICH reserves the right to charge the customer the costs of both shipping and returning the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please note that our shoes are handmade to the highest manufacturing standards, so they may present slight variations characteristic of artisanal work. In addition, the leather we use may show slight variations in color or texture, as it is a material that comes from the layer of animal tissue and is unique and irreplaceable. Currently, we do not accept exchanges or returns for purchases made outside of Peru.

RETURNS

You could make returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the date of placing the order, as long as it fulfills the following conditions:

That the product is in perfect conditions (new, without signs of usage and with original packaging)

That the product has not been manipulated.

Show the invoice.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our returns policy. Once accepted, you will be able to return or exchange the product from another one we have in stock. In case it has a higher ticket, you must pay the difference.
