TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DISNEY | BUTRICH
Validity and Scope
This campaign is valid from January 22, 2026, until stock lasts.
It applies to purchases made through all Butrich sales channels, exclusively for products belonging to the Disney | Butrich collaboration.
This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special campaigns, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Mystery Charm – Purchases from USD $400
- For each purchase of USD $400 or more from the Disney | Butrich collection, the customer will receive one (1) Mystery Charm as a gift. This benefit is not cumulative and is limited to one (1) Mystery Charm per customer.
- The Mystery Charm is delivered completely at random.
- No member of the Butrich team knows the design contained in each package; therefore, no exchanges, specific requests, or returns of the Mystery Charm will be accepted.
- The Mystery Charm cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
- Valid while stocks last, depending on availability per sales channel.
3. Complimentary Planner – Purchases from USD $300
- For each purchase of USD $300 or more, reflected in a single payment receipt, the customer will receive one (1) complimentary planner.
- Only one (1) planner per receipt will be delivered, regardless of the final purchase amount.
- The planner benefit is not cumulative by purchase amount within the same receipt and is limited to one (1) planner per customer.
- The planner cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
- Valid while stocks last, depending on availability per sales channel.
4. Collectible Sticker – Disney | Butrich Collection
- For each purchase of a product from the Disney | Butrich collection, the customer will receive one (1) sticker sheet as a gift.
- The sticker design corresponds to the purchased collection (Aristocats or Bambi).
- Only one (1) sticker sheet per purchase and per collection will be delivered.
- Sticker stock is limited.
- If a specific design runs out of stock, Butrich will send an alternative sticker available in stock, with no option for exchange.
- The sticker cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
5. General Conditions
- Promotional gifts are subject to stock availability.
- Images of the gifts are for reference purposes only.
- Campaign benefits do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the official start date.
- For purchases made through butrich.com or Butrich WhatsApp, gifts will be shipped together with the order. In case of stock shortages after purchase, Butrich reserves the right to replace the gift with another of equal promotional value.
- Butrich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, informing customers through its official channels.
6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By completing a purchase within the framework of the Disney | Butrich campaign, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

VIGENCIA Y ALCANCE
- La campaña estará vigente desde el 22/01/2026 hasta agotar stock.
- Aplica para compras realizadas en todos nuestros canales de venta, únicamente por productos pertenecientes a la colaboración DISNEY | BUTRICH.
- La campaña no es acumulable con otras promociones, descuentos o campañas especiales, salvo que se indique lo contrario.
MYSTERY CHARM – COMPRAS DESDE $400 EN DISNEY | BUTRICH
- Por cada compra a partir de $400 en la colección DISNEY | BUTRICH, el cliente recibirá un (1) Mystery Charm de regalo.
- No es acumulable. Corresponde únicamente un (1) Mystery Charm por cliente.
- El Mystery Charm se entrega de forma totalmente aleatoria.
- Ningún miembro del equipo Butrich conoce el diseño contenido en cada empaque, por lo que no se aceptan cambios, solicitudes específicas ni devoluciones del charm.
- El Mystery Charm no es canjeable por dinero ni por otros productos.
- Válido hasta agotar stock, de acuerdo con cada canal de venta.
PLANNER DE REGALO – COMPRAS DESDE $300 EN DISNEY | BUTRICH
- Por cada compra igual o mayor a $300, en un solo comprobante de pago, el cliente recibirá un (1) planner de regalo.
- Se entrega un (1) planner por boleta, independientemente del monto final de la compra.
- El planner no es acumulable por monto dentro del mismo comprobante. Corresponde un (1) planner por cliente.
- El planner no es canjeable por dinero ni por otros productos.
- Válido hasta agotar stock, de acuerdo con cada canal de venta.
STICKER DE COLECCIÓN – COMPRAS DISNEY | BUTRICH
- Por cada compra de un producto de la colección DISNEY | BUTRICH, el cliente recibirá una (1) plancha de stickers de regalo.
- El sticker entregado corresponde a la colección adquirida (Aristogatos o Bambi).
- Se entrega una (1) plancha de stickers por compra y por colección.
- El stock de stickers es limitado.
- En caso se agote el stock de un modelo específico, Butrich enviará un sticker alternativo disponible en stock, sin opción a cambio.
- El sticker no es canjeable por dinero ni por otros productos.
CONDICIONES GENERALES
- Los regalos promocionales están sujetos a disponibilidad de stock.
- Las imágenes de los regalos son referenciales.
- Los beneficios de esta campaña no aplican retroactivamente a compras realizadas antes del inicio oficial de la promoción.
- En compras realizadas por butrich.com.pe o Butrich WhatsApp, los regalos se enviarán junto con el pedido.
- En caso de quiebre de stock posterior a la compra, Butrich se reserva el derecho de reemplazar el regalo por otro de igual valor promocional.
- Butrich se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar la promoción por causas de fuerza mayor o circunstancias imprevistas, informándolo oportunamente a través de sus canales oficiales.
ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
- La realización de una compra dentro del marco de la campaña DISNEY | BUTRICH implica la aceptación total de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased outside of Peru, without exception. We appreciate your understanding and are available to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase through our customer service channels.
U.S. IMPORT TAXES
Due to new import regulations established by the United States, all orders shipped to this country are subject to an additional 10% import duty, which must be paid directly to the courier (UPS) upon delivery. This charge is independent of the purchase amount and is not included in the Free Shipping option or the "We Take Care of All" campaign.

Important information about taxes or tariffs
Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment reaches your country. Customs in each country determines the amounts.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the relevant authorities.
If your shipment is to the United States, remember that the tax-free import amount must not exceed $800.
Contacting Customs can help you find out the tax-free import amount determined in your country and/or calculate how much tax you will have to pay on the item you are purchasing.
In the event that the customer refuses to accept their order due to additional charges imposed by Customs, BUTRICH reserves the right to charge the customer the costs of both shipping and returning the product, as well as any additional amounts generated by Customs.
Please note that once your order arrives at its destination, it will be reviewed by your country's customs agency. This process may cause delays in delivery and is handled directly by customs. You can track the status of your order by visiting the UPS website.
