VALIDITY AND SCOPE
- The campaign will be valid from 16/04/2026 until supplies last.
- Applies to purchases made through all our sales channels, exclusively for products belonging to the Disney collaboration. | Butrich.
- The campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special campaigns, unless otherwise indicated.
MYSTERY CHARM – PURCHASES FROM $400 IN DISNEY | BUTRICH collection
- For each purchase of $400 or more from the Disney collection | Butrich, the customer will receive 1 Mystery Charm as a gift. It is not cumulative; only 1 is provided per purchase.
- The Mystery Charm is provided completely at random.
- No member of the Butrich team knows which design is contained in each package, so exchanges, specific requests, or returns of the charm are not accepted.
- The Mystery Charm cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Valid while supplies last, according to each sales channel.
FREE NOTEBOOK – PURCHASES FROM $300 IN DISNEY | BUTRICH collection
- For each purchase of $300 or more on a single receipt, the customer will receive 1 planner as a gift.
- One (1) planner is provided per receipt, regardless of the final purchase amount.
- The planner cannot be accumulated based on the purchase amount within the same receipt. One (1) planner per customer.
- The planner cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Valid while supplies last, according to each sales channel.
COLLECTIBLE STICKER – DISNEY COLLECTION PURCHASES | BUTRICH collection
- With every purchase of a product from the DISNEY | BUTRICH, the customer will receive 1 sheet of stickers as a gift.
- One (1 sheet) of stickers is provided per purchase and per collection.
- Sticker stock is limited.
- If stock of a specific model runs out, Butrich will send an alternative sticker available in stock, with no option for exchange.
- The sticker cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Promotional gifts are subject to stock availability.
- Images of the gifts are for illustrative purposes only.
- The benefits of this campaign do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the official start of the promotion.
- For purchases made through butrich.com or Butrich WhatsApp, the gifts will be sent together with the order. In the event of a stock shortage after the purchase, Butrich reserves the right to replace the gift with another of equal promotional value.
- Butrich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, informing customers in a timely manner through its official channels.

- For every purchase of a product from the DISNEY | BUTRICH collection, the customer will receive one (1) sheet of stickers as a gift.
- The sticker provided corresponds to the collection purchased (The Aristocats or Bambi).
- One (1) sheet of stickers is provided per purchase and per collection.
- Sticker stock is limited.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased outside Peru, without exception. We appreciate your understanding and are available to answer any questions you may have before your purchase through our customer service channels.
U.S. IMPORT TAXES
Debido a las nuevas leyes de importación establecidas por Estados Unidos, todos los pedidos enviados a este país están sujetos a un cargo adicional del 10% por impuestos de importación, el cual deberá ser pagado directamente al courier (UPS) al momento de la entrega (Orden Ejecutiva 14324). Este cobro es independiente del monto de la compra y no está incluido en la opción de Free Shipping ni en la campaña “We Take Care of All”.

If your shipment is to the United States, please remember that the duty-free import allowance must not exceed $ 800.
Contacting Customs can help you find out the duty-free import allowance established in your country and/or calculate how much tax you will have to pay on the item you are purchasing.
If the customer refuses to receive their order due to additional charges determined by Customs, BUTRICH reserves the right to charge them for both the shipping and return costs of the product, as well as any additional amount imposed by Customs.
Please note that once your order reaches its destination, it will be inspected by your country's customs agency. This process may cause delivery delays and is managed directly by customs. You can track the status of your order by visiting the UPS website.
